The Mass of Chrism will be celebrated by Bishop Patrick at 11.30am.
The Diocesan Choir will be singing.
The Chrism Mass reminds us of our oneness in Christ through Baptism and its holy anointing, made possible by the ministry of the bishop and his priests. Priests, Deacons, Religious and Laity from every part of diocesan life, gather with the Bishop for this Mass and the new oils of Chrism, Catechumens and of the Sick are consecrated.
